Default Last Statue for 30/30...

I have Eternal Hero of Tyria/Cantha/Elona, Eternal Protector of Cantha.

Now, do I go back and do Protector of Elona (at 5/20, skipped bonuses to come back to later)...

....or do I try for Eternal Conqueror of Sorrow's Furnace? I've never been in or near Sorrow's Furnace lol and have no experience with GW1 elite areas. Unless you count a friend running me to a black widow :P

Which task is quicker/more noob friendly?

sorrow's furnace is the same or easier than nf missions, you do have to read the wiki if you're unfamiliar with it. It's less time and trouble than to finish nf, and more enjoyable.

Sorrow's Furnace, hands down. It's just difficult enough to keep you interested but not so much so that makes you want to punch a baby.

Sorrow's furnace is pretty noob friendly. The quests are somewhat more challenging then most quests but still pretty much doable. Just make sure you read the wiki on each quest and you should be fine. My first time through it, it took me bout 3-4 hours (pre 7 hero era) and I had some goofs on the way.

Compared that with redoing 15 missions in nightfall with master (all missions in nightfall needs to be finished to get master reward) it will take considerable less time. Also for those missions you prolly need a special skill and help form someone else if you want master on Moddok's crevice (You need to kill 2 runners wich run at opposite directions. So far I've not heard of a profession independ buil'd that can solo it. So it is very likely you need help with that one).

The new Wayfarer quest could get you a point for weapons, if you don't have a Tormented.

Thanks for all the tips! Sorrow's Furnace it is

And yeah, I will definitely have to get that free tormented (none in my HoM yet), but I'm at 27/30 so a fifth statue (5 Honor statues == 3 points) is the quickest way to polish this HoM Marathon off . I just know if I'm 31/50 though (torm+sorrow's) I am going to be sorely tempted to come back for 50/50... haha
